Note: In some cases, fonts appear as a stack; these fonts will include variations like Bold, Narrow etc. So, make sure to copy the extra files while transferring the fonts to your new PC. Now that the fonts you want to transfer to your new computer are stored in your external storage device. Note: If the font folders are zipped you need to unzip it first because zipped files cannot be installed directly.

Windows 7 Unzip the fonts first. Right click the font file and select 'Install. From the 'Start' menu select 'Control Panel. Navigate to the folder that contains the fonts you want to install.
